Owner & Enrolled Agent
Julia founded the practice and leads it as an Enrolled Agent — federally licensed to represent taxpayers before the IRS. Two decades in, she still personally reviews the work that carries her name.
Ricky Stuart
Accounting & Tax · CPA Candidate
Julia's son, Ricky, is taking on a larger role across the practice. A CPA candidate, he's helping carry the family business into its next chapter while keeping the personal service clients count on.

Client Services
Sandra keeps everything running and is often the first friendly voice you'll hear. She helps clients schedule, gather documents, and get answers — in English or Spanish.
